Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree Finance / Business Administration or related fields, Age max 35 years with attractive personality,

- Have good skills in English (certified is a plus) both orally and in writing (can listen, speak, read, write).

Job Description :
- Coordinate and manage household schedules, maintain inventory of household supplies, and handle purchasing or replenishment when needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, finances, and organizing important documents and
- Help with planning, organizing, and managing family events, gatherings, or special occasions and all duties as assigned by Director.
- Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare detailed travel itineraries.
- Run personal errands as required, including shopping, pick-ups, drop-offs, etc.
- Act as a liaison for the employer, manage phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely responses and clear communication
- Schedule and oversee any maintenance or repairs required for household equipment or property.

Requirement :
- Male maks. 35 years.
- Must have excellent in English (Speaking, Writing and Translation).
- Good looking, Good communication and using good articulation skill with Emphatic/Sympathetic response to building warm relationship with customer.
- Minimum Graduated from Tourism Academy or SMIP with all kind Certification for Ticketing and/or Tourism Section.Minimum 2 year experience at the same level, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Capable of serving request for hotel vouchers, Tour Packages & Travel Documents.
- Strong personality, humble, polite, charming, professional, service oriented and adopt a great attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and able to multitask.Must be able to work as a team.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities :
- Dealing with incoming calls and assist traveler with their travel inquiries from air ticket, accommodation, travel document, insurance and transportation rental.
- Selling all travel agent product (domestic and international), including insurance and documents.
- Familiar with GDS system ( Galileo / Sabre / Amadeus / Althea ) Booking / Issued / Reissued Domestic and International Ticket.
- Strong Selling Skills in Tour Packages as FIT, Group and Incentives Program would be prioritized.
- Diagnose traveler problem and complain and work with the supervisor to provide a possible solution.
- Convince new customers or guests especially who have never doing travelling.
- Responsible in order.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients and suppliers.
- Deliver a high level bespoke luxury holiday with attention to details and exceptional customer service.
- Able to supply clients with essential travel documents needed as well as extensive destination information and useful travel guides.
